Our Story

It started in a hospital hallway.
As a caregiver to my quadriplegic father and an advocate for my sister living with schizophrenia, I witnessed systems designed for efficiency, not empathy. Later, as a cancer survivor, I experienced firsthand how much trust and humanity matter when technology enters care.

Those moments became my rallying cry: what if AI could care as deeply as people do?

In leadership roles at NYU Langone Health, Yale New Haven Health, Humana, and Virgin Pulse, I turned that question into action. Whether launching digital health platforms under Richard Branson’s Virgin Group or leading patient experience strategies for world-class hospitals, I kept one principle front and center: technology should serve humanity, not replace it.

RoarHX was born to make that principle real.
